Yes, “corporate bullshit” is a problem. Though big companies can offer to “migrate” to a different technical area or job within a company..

Though some people like to work in big companies. There are number of benefits for people with certain characters – it is often less chaotic, less risky etc.

Absolutely.
Some people would find working at large corporation more attractive plus I guess Sun has a lot of hiring to do to fuel ambitions growth plans it surely should have purchasing the company.

is a legit question to ask. Personally I feel sad to see Ronald and Anthony leave. That said:

“How many people will join MySQL now ?”

is another legit question. I can’t look into the future, but I hope there will be lots.
