May be - do you remember when the name changed ? 

Regarding .org pavilion indeed there was a big one this year,  this means MySQL Supports Open Source community around MySQL, which is not the same thing as selection of information which was presented to the users.

Anyway it is great you're open to support other conferences as well this is important thing.</description>

		<description>Note that it was actually called "MySQL Conference &#38; Expo" in 2007 as well - so this is not a new thing. And I don't actually think that the focus has really shifted *that* much. As an example, we had even more (17) DotOrg Pavilion pods in the exhibition area this year than we used to have! Sure, in the end it's a commercially oriented event, but that too is not different from the past years. 

And we'd be glad to support more community-driven events like MySQLCamp / OurSQL or whatever it will be called!</description>
