Key points:
- Experts only, please. At this time we are not able to train inexperienced people.
- A broad range of technology skills is important. Our clients expect us to know a lot about a variety of things.
- Strong reasoning abilities. You have to think on your feet every day in this job. No one can know everything, but we should all be able to figure things out.
- Full-stack experience. We’re hired to help with everything from hardware to web servers and everything in between. It’s okay if you’re not expert in every part of the stack, but you should be at least competent in most technologies and components you’d find in a typical Web application.
- Good spoken and written English language.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory. This job is as much about working with people as it is about technology.
- Being able to work independently with loose guidance.
